Hi there! I'm Eva, and I’m a passionate artist + entrepreneur. I love baklava, Moira Rose, my beagle's muzzle, and digging out in the garden. I don't like ants, the smell of steamed broccoli, or when my eyes get dry and my contacts get all suction-y feeling.
Along with that, I’ve had a wildly prolific career in the creative world, including being a Page at NBCUniversal (yep, like Kenneth!), writing + photographing two cookbooks (one with Abrams Books and one with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt), growing my instagram account to over 290k followers, working as a highly successful freelance photographer + stylist, running my critically acclaimed food blog Adventures in Cooking, co-founding Secret Supper pop-up dinners, and hosting events + photography courses through my company First We Eat.
As you can see, I like to have a few different pots going on the ol' entrepreneurial stove top ;) I’ve worn many hats and have several successful creative businesses. And with this career I created for myself, I work 4 to 5 days a week, 3 to 6 hours a day. I never work nights or weekends, and have several months off for vacation. And I make over 300k in pure profit a year.

I am not a marketing zealot, a lawyer, or an agent—I am first and foremost an artist. Everything I am sharing in this program, I learned firsthand as a creative entrepreneur running my own businesses, as a photographer, blogger, educator, event manager, and as a published author. One of the things that’s almost never brought up in the creative community is how difficult it can be for us to balance our creative business with our personal lives. And I want this to change.
I’m not going to tell you what to do based on static theories or stale marketing principles that we’ve all seen 1000+ times—instead I’m sharing my tried-and-true system for smoothly running a creative business that brings in income, grows opportunities, and allows you to have the work/life balance you love. I can't wait to share this with you!!
